Hi, I’m Tessa!

I completed my beauty therapy training over 30 years ago and have loved every step of the journey—through all the highs and challenges that this incredible industry has brought. What I love most is helping my clients feel amazing, more confident, and truly educated about their skin health. Seeing the transformation in both their skin and self-esteem is what makes my work so rewarding.

Beyond running the business, I’m also a mum to my happy little girl, Isabella, and wife to my talented and supportive husband, Marc. Balancing family life with my passion for beauty has been an incredible journey, and I’m so grateful for both.

Hi, I’m Marie!

I am a highly organised professional with a background in IT asset management, having honed my skills at Islington Council. Now, as the office manager at Tessa Stevens, I keep things running smoothly with a keen attention to detail and a flair for efficiency.

Beyond the office, I’m all about work life balance, whether its catching up with friends & family, singing in my local choir or squeezing in the occasional gym session. I try my very best to bring warmth and good energy to everything I do.

Hi, I’m Michael!

I became a part of the Tessa Stevens family in May 2019, driven by my passion for the beauty industry and a desire to learn from a talented group of women. With a strong foundation in customer service, working front of house in this environment felt like the ideal match for me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, with my nephew Harrison being at the top of the list.

Hi, I’m Grace!

I joined Tessa Stevens 17 years ago, and what an incredible journey it has been! I started as a receptionist, and while working, I trained at the Elite School of Beauty Therapy to qualify as a therapist. Over the years, I’ve grown within the clinic and now lead Training & Development, helping our amazing team evolve into skilled and confident therapists. Watching them flourish is one of the most rewarding parts of my role.

My passion for skin health drives me to continuously learn and share my knowledge with both my team and clients. I love being part of my clients’ skin journeys, providing them with expert guidance from the extensive training I’ve undertaken. I also specialize in Venus Freeze and HIFU treatments, and nothing makes me happier than seeing the incredible results these treatments achieve.

Outside of work, I’m a mum to Jude and wife to Ben. I love to work out, socialize with friends and family, and enjoy a great balance between my career and personal life.

Hi, I’m Melanie!

I studied hair and beauty in Northamptonshire and qualified in 1993, which led me to London to work for Pamela Stevens, a large beauty organization. Over the years, I worked my way up to Area Manager and in 1997, I trained in Permanent Cosmetics—a field that quickly became my passion. It was during this time that I met Tessa, and in 2008, I officially joined Tessa Stevens Health & Beauty Clinic.

I now work part-time around my two wonderful girls, specializing in cosmetic makeup—from creating beautifully natural-looking brows to medical areola tattooing. I am deeply committed to continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest training and techniques to perfect my craft. Over the past 17 years, Tessa has been a huge supporter of my growth, allowing me to master and refine new skills in this ever-evolving field.

My true passion is pigment—crafting soft, natural looks that enhance each client’s unique beauty. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing their smiles and confidence soar after a treatment.

I feel incredibly lucky to be part of the TS team, working alongside such talented and passionate women, while also balancing a career I love with raising my two girls.

Hi, I’m Cara!

I began my journey at Tessa Stevens in 2010 and transitioned to a front-of-house role seven years ago. Through this experience, I gained invaluable knowledge about health and beauty, which inspired me to pursue formal training. I have now completed my Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications as a beauty therapist and am currently working towards Level 4.

I love being part of a team and contributing to a positive, welcoming environment. Outside of work, I have two boys who keep me busy, and I enjoy taking them to fun places and creating lasting memories together.

Hi I’m Aisha!

I qualified in HND Beauty Therapy at the London College of Fashion in 2000 and have worked as a therapist for over 25 years in some wonderful parts of London. During this time, I got married and started a family, and in 2018, I became part of the TS family.

Balancing my career and passion for the beauty industry with being there for my two young girls is incredibly important to me. While I enjoy many aspects of the industry, my true passion lies in skin and facial treatments.

I love meeting new people through my work and sharing in their experiences. I look forward to meeting you!

Hi, I’m Nicole!

I studied Beauty Therapy at the London College of Beauty Therapy and graduated with my Level 3 qualification in 2018. I’ve been in the beauty industry since I was 15, previously working at The Dorchester Hotel before joining Tessa Stevens. My time here has allowed me to further develop my skills and learn so much more about the industry.

While I’ve always had a passion for nail treatments, my journey at Tessa Stevens has truly ignited my love for skin! I enjoy discovering new and interesting facts every day and love sharing the most fascinating ones.

Outside of beauty, I run an online gluten-free subscription box business with my sister and am also a proud wife to Tyler.

Hi, I’m Josie!

I’m part of the front-of-house reception team, and I love creating a warm, welcoming experience for every client who walks through our doors. Connecting with people and making them feel at ease is the best part of my job!

Outside of work, you’ll often find me on the yoga mat, hitting the gym, or planning my next adventure with friends and family. I’m always up for a holiday and love exploring new places!

Hi, I’m Sarah!

 I’ve been passionate about the beauty industry since I was 15, starting as a Saturday girl before qualifying in Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy. After working as a therapist, I took a break to focus on my two beautiful children. In October 2022, I returned to Tessa Stevens, and its been an incredible journey of growth ever since! Being part of such a knowledgeable and supportive team is truly inspiring. 

Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, going for walks with my dog, and hitting the gym to stay active!

I have over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in skincare, hair removal, and rejuvenating treatments. Passionate about enhancing my clients’ natural beauty, I combine advanced techniques with a personalized approach to deliver exceptional results.

With my extensive experience, I cater to a diverse range of skin types and concerns, ensuring that every client leaves feeling refreshed, confident, and pampered.

I am a mother to 3 beautiful children and wife to the love of my life Sean.
